Second, adjust the heat sealing temperature, pressure and time.

Third, widen the width of the heat sealing knife.

Widening the width of the heat-sealing knife does not actually strengthen the heat-sealing strength, but it can reduce the influence of tiny foreign matter such as powdery particles on the heat-sealing strength.

Fourth, choose different raw materials according to different products.

The attraction between molecules is also different after fusion, and the attraction is also different in different environments. When the filler is powdery or other items that are prone to static electricity, the heat-sealing layer should use an antistatic film.
